Zenith Soccer Academy Refund Policy
At Zenith Soccer Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality, small group training with dedicated attention from our coaches. Due to the limited size of our groups, every spot is valuable and reserved upon booking.
Please review our policy carefully before registering for an intensive, course, or session.
1. Multi-Day Courses and Intensives (e.g., February Intensive)

Refunds: Up to 14 Days Before Start Date

A full refund (minus a $15 administrative processing fee) will be issued if you cancel your registration at least 14 calendar days before the intensive's scheduled start date.

Refunds: Less Than 14 Days Before Start Date

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the intensive begins. This allows us time to fill the limited spot.

2. No-Shows and Missed Sessions

No Refunds: If a participant does not show up for a registered session, class, or any day of an intensive, Zenith Soccer Academy is not obligated to provide a refund, credit, or make-up session.
3. Exceptional Circumstances

Injury or Illness: In cases of documented injury or serious illness preventing participation (requires a doctor's note), we may offer a pro-rated credit for future sessions, entirely at the discretion of the Academy Director.

Academy Cancellation: If Zenith Soccer Academy cancels a session due to weather, facility issues, or coach unavailability, you will receive a full refund for that specific session or a guaranteed make-up date.
