Welcome to Zenith Soccer Academy. By accessing our website and booking our training services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Zenith Soccer Academy provides small group soccer training, intensives, and personal coaching. We reserve the right to modify training curriculum, session times, or coaching staff at our discretion.

2. Participation Requirements

  • Age Groups: Participants must fall within the designated age bracket for the specific course booked (e.g., 8–10 or 11–12 years old).

  • Equipment: All participants are required to wear appropriate athletic attire, including shin guards and soccer cleats, unless otherwise specified.

  • Conduct: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, unsportsmanlike conduct, or disruptive behavior. We reserve the right to remove a participant without a refund if these standards are not met.

3. Payments and Bookings

  • All bookings must be paid in full through our website prior to the start of the session.

  • Your spot is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

  • Pricing is subject to change, but changes will not affect bookings already paid for.

4. Liability Waiver and Release (IMPORTANT)

By registering for any training session with Zenith Soccer Academy, the parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • Inherent Risk: I understand that soccer is a physical sport involving risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

  • Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Zenith Soccer Academy, its owners, coaches, and staff from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of any injury, illness, or damage resulting from participation in training sessions.

  • Medical Fitness: I certify that the participant is in good physical health and has no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in soccer training.

5. Photo and Video Release

Zenith Soccer Academy may take photos or videos during training for marketing and promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media). By participating, you grant us permission to use these images. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing via email before the session begins.

6. Weather and Cancellations

Soccer is an outdoor sport. In the event of extreme weather (lightning, excessive heat, etc.), Zenith Soccer Academy will notify you via email or SMS regarding session cancellations. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on credits for cancelled sessions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
